Disclaimer

General information only

This website provides general information about an online learning and revision programme and about an agent pathway. It is not advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances, your child's circumstances or your financial position. Decisions you make after reading it are your own.

Academic results

Academic results are not guaranteed. What a child gets out of a revision programme depends on how consistently it is used, alongside their school, their teachers and their own effort. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise of improved marks, a particular grade or a particular outcome in any examination. Be cautious of anyone in this industry who promises you grades.

Programme features and availability

Features, subjects and content vary by level and by school stream, and may change at any time without prior notice. Subject lists and screenshots on this website are illustrative. The specific inclusions for your child are confirmed to you before activation, and those are what apply.

Operated by a third party

The learning programme itself is operated by a third-party provider, not by us. We do not control its platform, its content, its pricing, its availability or its decisions, and we are not responsible for them. Any issue with the programme itself is a matter between you and that provider under their terms.

Income

The agent pathway is commission-based. Income is not guaranteed and depends on individual effort, market demand, sales activity and compliance with programme terms. No figure, example or statement anywhere on this website should be read as a projection, a promise or a typical result of what you would earn.

No official endorsement

OnlineLearning is not a government body and does not claim endorsement by any ministry, school or examination board. References to KSPK, KSSR, KSSM, UASA, SPM, KBAT and i-THINK describe the Malaysian curriculum and assessment framework the content follows, and do not imply approval, accreditation or affiliation.

Trademarks and third-party names

Names, logos and trademarks appearing on this website that belong to other parties remain their property and are used for description and identification only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

Awards and recognition

Any award, record or recognition mentioned on this website relates to the learning programme and was granted by the awarding body concerned. It is not an award granted to OnlineLearning, and it is not a guarantee of any result for your child.

External links

Where this website links to another website or service, that site is not under our control. We are not responsible for its content, accuracy, availability or security, and a link is not an endorsement. You follow external links at your own risk.

Technical requirements

Using the programme requires a suitable device and a working internet connection, which are your responsibility. We are not liable for difficulties caused by your device, your connection or your own settings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on anything published on this website, from the use or unavailability of the learning programme, or from any third-party website or service linked from here.
