Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website.
About this website
OnlineLearning is an independent Malaysian website providing information about an online learning and revision programme for families, and about the agent pathway associated with it. OnlineLearning is not a government body, is not a school, and does not claim endorsement by any ministry, school or examination board.
Accepting these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.
Information, not advice
Everything here is general information. It is not educational, legal, financial or career advice about your particular situation, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Accuracy and changes
We keep this website as accurate as we reasonably can, but programme features, subjects, pricing, packages and access terms may change without prior notice. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. The terms confirmed to you in writing before activation are the ones that apply.
Programme access and the third-party provider
The learning programme described on this website is operated by a third-party provider, not by us. Access is subject to availability and approval, and is issued for one student for the period stated at activation. The provider's own terms govern the use of the programme itself, including its platform, its content and its account rules. We are not responsible for the provider's platform, its uptime, its content or its decisions.
The agent pathway
The agent pathway is a commission-based arrangement. It is not employment, it does not create a partnership or joint venture, and it does not carry employment benefits. Income is not guaranteed. Anyone taking part is responsible for their own tax and for complying with Malaysian law and the programme terms.

Third-party names, trademarks and curriculum references
Any product name, service name, company name, logo or trademark mentioned on this website that is not ours remains the property of its respective owner, and is used only to describe or identify that thing. Use of such a name does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction. References to KSPK, KSSR, KSSM, UASA, SPM, KBAT and i-THINK describe the Malaysian curriculum and assessment framework that the content follows. They are the property of the relevant authorities and their use here does not imply approval by any authority.

This website may link to websites, platforms and messaging services operated by other people, including the programme provider and WhatsApp. Those sites are not under our control.

Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is to be read down or severed, and the rest of the terms continue in full force.

If we do not enforce a right under these terms on any occasion, that is not a waiver of that right or of any other right.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
